Seth Thomas is an Air Force veteran and proud Floridian organic farmer, specializing in transitioning a total of 26 acres of Northwest Palm Beach County into sustainable micro-farming.

Their main crop is star fruit, and at their farm, they believe in the power of human touch. Every star fruit is carefully hand-picked at peak ripeness, ensuring optimal flavor and texture.
