

The Villages Grown (“TVG”) was formed in 2018 and is a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of Florida. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Villages Operating Company and is a vertically integrated, 84-acre, Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA), year-round, produce growing operation located in Central FL.
TVG is comprised of many parts: a technologically advanced “clean-tech” vertical greenhouses with hydroponics and aeroponics, a processing center, a Local Farm Network aggregation division, a Local Artisanal Wellness product network, a hyper-local distribution fleet, and wholesale and retail outlets that are all supported by Medical Culinary Wellness programs.
TVG grows a variety of non-GMO, beyond organic, pesticide-free, chemical-free crops including tomatoes, microgreens, lettuces, cucumbers, and herbs. The TVG operation yields produce steadily for 365-days a year with consistent nutrient density, taste, look, size, and feel.
TVG currently resides under 9 acres of vertical, Controlled Environment Agriculture production, with a projected yield of 7 million pounds of produce per year. The operation has the ability to scale into future phases of production to expand to 40 acres of vertical production. Once the expansion is complete, TVG will become the largest operation of its kind in the US.
