TendWell Farm is a testament to the power of collaboration, passion, and a shared vision for a healthier and more sustainable food system. Owned and operated by 3 first-generation farmers (Danielle Hutchison, Steven Beltram, and Moses Kashem), each of their farms began as a dream of individual success but has grown into something much greater.
In 2019, they embarked on a joint venture, uniting the farms under the name TendWell Farm. This partnership has allowed them to expand their reach and diversify our organic offerings. Together they’ve created a robust farm that thrives as a unified whole, distributing organic produce year-round to local and regional markets. Today, TendWell proudly grows over 800 acres of certified organic produce across two diverse regions, Florida and Western North Carolina.
From humble beginnings, their journey has transformed into a flourishing farm that not only provides fresh, healthy food, but also plays a vital role in rebuilding the current food system. At TendWell Farm, they believe that organic farming is not just a trend, but the future of agriculture. By nurturing the land in a way that promotes biodiversity and soil health, they’re not only ensuring the long-term viability of our farm but also contributing to the larger movement toward a more sustainable food system.
TendWell Farm specializes in growing a diverse range of organic crops, including tomatoes, yellow squash, zucchini, kale, lettuce, and beets. Each crop is cultivated with care and attention to detail, ensuring that their produce is not only delicious but also nutritious and safe for their customers, communities, and the planet.
