Jonathan's Sprouts has been a family-run business since 1976 operating out of an historic New England barn renovated for food production in scenic Southeastern MA. As a pioneer sprout company, Jonathan's has built an unsurpassed reputation for quality, service and dependability.
From the start Jonathan's has been on the leading edge of sprout safety. Co-founders Bob and Barbara Sanderson have been working with the FDA since the 1990's to develop protocols for safe growing practices. The Sanderson's are also strong believers in cooperation with sprout grower colleagues, and founded the New England Sprout Growers Association in 1984. In 1989, the Sanderson's helped create the International Sprout Growers Association (ISGA).
Vice President of sales (and family member) Liz Reilley is devoted to keeping the company connected to its source. Beyond her work with supermarket and food service buyers, you will find her enthusiastically serving sprout salads on college campuses, vegetarian festivals, health shows, and green fairs, as well as communicating via all forms of social media, to connect the consumer with this miraculous source of living foods.
