Bruno Ramos is the Owner and Founder of Morning Star Fields, a family-owned egg farm in Vero Beach, Florida, with a simple goal: to prove that egg farming can be better for the hens, the land, and the people who enjoy the eggs.

When he started the farm in 2024, Bruno didn't want to follow the traditional model. Instead, he built Morning Star Fields around a bio-circular, regenerative farming system where nothing goes to waste. Every part of the farm has a purpose, naturally recycling nutrients, improving the soil, and creating a healthier environment for future generations.

Their Certified Humane, cage-free hens are raised in modern barns that help protect them from disease, while providing plenty of fresh air, room to roam, and a nutritious diet. Morning Star Fields grows marigolds in hydroponic towers right on the farm and feeds them to their hens. The marigolds naturally help create the rich orange color of their egg yolks, without artificial color additives.

As part of their bio-circular system, the nutrient-rich water from their egg washing process is captured and reused to nourish the crops growing in their hydroponic towers. Chicken manure is collected daily and transformed into 100% organic fertilizer, returning valuable nutrients back to the land.
