

Ark Foods started their company with a single vegetable, the Shishito pepper, and a big mission: To build a modern-day farming company focused on making fresh food accessible to all. Today they spend their time growing vegetables from their farms up and down the East Coast and crafting their signature "Clean Label Eats" product line in crave-worthy flavors.
Ark Foods has a deep respect for the art of farming that runs generationally within their family. Ark's roots started with history and experience in the citrus industry. CEO Noah Robbins founded Ark Foods in 2013 with a mission to follow in the family footsteps, but with a twist. He wanted to diversify the traditional farming models found in big agriculture and make it his own. Upon discovering a love for Shishito peppers, he got to work on growing a business with multiple unique varieties, to bring more curious vegetable varieties to the masses.
Some of the items that Ark specializes in and grows include chili peppers such as Poblanos, Serranos, Jalapenos, Shishitos, Red Fresnos, Cherry Hots, Finger Hots, Hungarian Wax, Cubanelles, and Long Hot Peppers, They also specialize in mini heirloom tomato Medleys, Honeynut squash, and Jimmy Nardello peppers.
