Local Oven is a dedicated gluten free manufacturer of a wide variety of products such as sliced bread, hamburger and hot dog buns, hoagie rolls, tortillas, brownies and much more. Our products offer a distinct and delicious texture and flavor that is preferred over traditional wheat based products by everyone, gluten intolerant or not. We also offer gluten free pasta imported directly from Italy. The manufacturing facility is located in Carrollton, a suburb of Dallas, Texas. We specialize in supplying our products to the restaurant and grocery store industry, but also sell to individuals locally and by mail order. Local Oven's facility is certified Kosher / Parve.
